 Kathy has been in real estate since 1994, when she purchased her first investment property. That
experience made her realize how much there was to know about the complex topic of taxes and tax strategies, and
she decided to return to school.
"Now," Kathy says, "Not only do I help myself with tax strategy, but I help hundreds of Union County
residents as well!" Kathy earned her real estate license in 2000, and has since purchased dozens of homes,
to fix up for rent and re-sell.
